I lost all my stats and gear after the new update DLC. It froze after a match with one second remaining on the timer to return to lobby. when i restarted my xbox all was lost for this game. Gamertag CZ0105(zero one zero five)

I was playing online as usual and then I suddenly got disconnected from Xbox Live and when I started the game it asked me to accept the user agreement again, once I did so I discovered that all my stats had been reset. I had just hit level 70 and I will not be playing again unless everything is set back to the way it was.

how long does it take for the fix to activate becasue i downloaded the patch and yet still i dont have my stats back? is it instant or not?

It happened randomly. I played for a while and went on again and the entire game reset itself. I had to redo the gamma and display settings. Please fix this as soon as possible, I spent a good 320 mspoints on this game and am not happy about losing ALL of my progress (to level 54)
